The pillow is so ridiculously flat that I feel I could probably count the feathers if I were to pull the thing apart. I was expecting a fluffy, feather pillow similar to those from other bedding articles companies but I was so disappointed. I would love my money back, this was a terrible product for what I paid for, very uncomfortable from day 1.
