Ann Coburn has written for the stage and TV and is the author of several award-winning novels for children, including Glint and the Borderlands Sequence. Ann was recently featured in Seven Stories, a TV series to be broadcast in mid-July 2006 on the local Grampian, Tyne Tees and Border networks. Ann lives in Northumberland. Garry Parsons is a multi-talented artist who has received great acclaim for his illustrations for Billy's Bucket by Kes Gray, which won a 2004 Red House Children's Book Award in 2004. He lives in London.
