It's made of that kind of rubber that feels sticky. It's not Actually sticky, just weird.
When you squish the toy, wherever it bubbles makes the rubber thin enough to see through it and look at the weird white gunk inside. Sort of gross but in a “I can't look away” way.
Very fun to throw at family members.
