Author Biography:

Meghan Blosser Meghan is a writer and editor living in Massachusetts with her husband and two daughters. She has a master's degree in writing and publishing from Emerson College, and is at work on a novel. Patrick T. Smith, Ph.D Patrick is Associate Research Professor of Theological Ethics and Bioethics at Duke University Divinity School and Senior Fellow at the Kenan Institute of Ethics. Prior to those appointments, he served as an Associate Professor of Philosophical Theology and Ethics at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and a lecturer at Harvard Medical School where he was core faculty at the Center for Bioethics. Patrick works to integrate spiritual, theological, philosophical, and sociological resources for a public theology that bears witness to the Gospel in the form of a robust Christian social ethic. Along with regional commitments, he is dedicated to global education having taught courses and given talks to pastors, medical professionals, educators and community leaders in Kitwe, Zambia; Johannesburg, South Africa; Nairobi, Kenya; and various regions in the West Indies. Lisa Fenn Lisa attended Cornell University, where she earned her communications degree. Lisa went on to work as a feature producer at ESPN for thirteen years. Her work at ESPN earned six Emmy Awards and three Edward R. Murrow awards for excellence in journalism. Today, Lisa is a sought-after public presenter, speaking on leadership, poverty, and disability, in addition to her faith and its relevance in both her media career and her daily life.
