Author Biography:

Faidon Theofanidis is an Associate Professor of Marketing at Australian University – Kuwait. He holds a PhD in Advertising from the University of Piraeus, an MBA in Marketing from Cardiff University, and a BSc in Business Administration from University of Piraeus. From 2003-2010 he was representing the Research Center of Piraeus University at the Board of Directors of the European Network for Social and Economic Research (ENSR), implementing over 30 European research projects. His research interests include Marketing Research, Advertising Research, Consumer Behavior, Digital Marketing and European social and economic policies. He published more than 35 marketing and business articles in peer review international journals and conferences. Oualid Abidi is an Associate Professor of Management at Australian University of Kuwait specializing in Strategic Management, Business Organization and Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Human Resources Management and Strategic Human Resources Management. Alper Erturk is a professor working on business management, data science and digital transformation with more than 20 years of academic and industry experience. He is currently working as Full Professor of Management & MIS and Chair of Management Department at Australian University - Kuwait. Furthermore, he is also affiliated with Istanbul Topkapi University as Professor of MIS (Management Information Systems) and delivering lectures on Masters and Doctoral level (I am also the former Dean of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences Faculty at Istanbul Topkapi University). Previously, he worked as Professor of Management at Rabat Business School, Morocco, and as Professor of HR Analytics at GISMA Business School, Hannover, Germany. Before that, he conducted research as Fulbright Scholar (Visiting Professor) at Portland State University, OR, USA. He also worked as the Head of Department of MIS at Duzce University, Turkey for more than 4 years. He has more than 50 publications, including journal articles, conference presentations, edited books and book chapters, as well as more than 15 years of teaching & research experience. Stephen Colbran is Dean of Law/HOD/HOC - Law School of Business and Law Erman Coskun works for the Business Intelligence and Business Analytics University Analytics and Smart University Digital Transformation and the 3rd Platform ICT in SMEs and IS for Entrepreneurship Complexity in Socı-technical Systems Accident Analysis in Man-machine Systems MIS Education Risk Management Decision Support Systems.
