Upon opening this I went to remove the safety seal which left the outer film on the container. The film was bubbled with pressure so I went to pierce it carefully, with my finger covering the hole. It still managed to spray a good deal of the liquid inside straight up my hand/arm and got my partner in the face. I can't say why the seal came apart like that but a clear safety warning is needed. The product works fine at removing the polish completely though.
