Corinne MARACHE est Professeure d'histoire contemporaine a l'Universite Bordeaux Montaigne. Specialiste de l'histoire des societes et des espaces ruraux, elle s'interesse entre autres aux produits des terroirs, a leur production, leur commercialisation et leur consommation. Philippe MEYZIE est Maitre de conferences en histoire moderne a l'Universite Bordeaux Montaigne et membre de l'Institut Universitaire de France. Ses recherches portent notamment sur l'histoire de la consommation, du commerce et de la circulation des produits alimentaires en France et en Europe. Maud VILLERET est Docteure en histoire moderne et professeure agregee. Elle travaille sur la consommation, la diffusion des produits exotiques et les differents acteurs du commerce alimentaire. Corinne MARACHE is Professor of Modern History at Universite Bordeaux Montaigne. Specialist in societal and rural history, she is interested in earth grown products and their production, sale and consumption. Philippe MEYZIE is Assistant-Professor of Early-Modern History at Universite Bordeaux Montaigne and member of the Institut Universitaire de France. His research concerns the history of consumption, commerce and the circulation of food products in France and around Europe. Maud VILLERET is Doctor of Early-Modern History and qualified lecturer. His research concerns the history of consumption, the spread of exotic products and different actors involved in food sales.
