Author Biography

Writer Duane Swierczynski broke out as a crime-fiction novelist with 2005's SECRET DEAD MEN. It was promptly followed by THE WHEEL MAN, THE BLONDE and SEVERANCE PACKAGE. Flush from his success as a novelist, Swierczynski brought his crime style to comics with work on MOON KNIGHT, CABLE and THE IMMORTAL IRON FIST. Spanish artist Pep Larraz pencilled the SPIDER-ISLAND: THE AMAZING SPIDER-GIRL miniseries, previously having illustrated stories in anthologies such as FEAR ITSELF: THE HOME FRONT, WEB OF SPIDER-MAN, MARVEL ADVENTURES SUPER HEROES and X-MEN: TO SERVE AND PROTECT.
