I have only used it twice since I purchased it, but already it has proven much more effective and easier to use than the vertical grip masher that I have. I believe it would really assist elderly people to mash potatoes, etc much more efficiently.

This potato masher is very husband user friendly. He likes it because it takes only a short time to do mashing. It is comfortable to hold and does the job efficiently. I am happy for him to continue using it.
