• High-Speed Printing

The K1 nozzle kit has a high thermal conductivity of copper alloy, which requires a high flow rate for high-speed printing. The thermal conductivity of copper alloy is as high as 330W/m·k, ensuring that the nozzle is heated more evenly. The volume is enlarged, supporting a high-speed printing speed of 600mm/s.

• Wear-resistant Heat-resistant

Hardened steel is heat resistant up to 450°C, and can be used with various filaments for printing. The hardened steel adopts an advanced heat treatment process, and the Mohs scale hardness reaches 7.8, which has better corrosion resistance and extends the service life of the high-speed printing nozzles.

• Smooth Feeding

The surface of the nozzle is coated with a nickel plating layer, which greatly reduces the adhesion of consumables to the nozzle while ensuring smooth wire discharge. Inner hole roughness<0.4, achieving smooth extrusion of the inner wall. The orifice is fine to perfection. The nozzle is tightly attached to the contact surface, without material leakage!
