Dingell VA Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. M. Safwan Badr, M.D., M.B.A. is a Professor and Chair of Internal Medicine at Wayne State University School of Medicine and a Staff Physician at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center. Dr. James A Rowley is a Professor of Medicine and Division Chief of Pulmonary/Critical Care and Sleep mMdicine at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan.
