Victor Femi-Fred was born on the 12th of June 1968 in Kogi State. He graduated from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State with B.Sc. Hons Geography and an MBA from Ladoke Akintola University. Victor Femi-Fred has well over 15+ years' experience in Sales, 12+ years in Learning and Development and 9+ years in Sales Learning/consulting & Facilitation. He is a certified sales professional with an analytical mindset and a great listener with constructive feedback. Victor is a Certified Sales Learning Consultant/Coach/Facilitator/Speaker/Author, a Performance-oriented professional with success in Consulting, Developing & influencing leaders to become more client success oriented and goal focused using globally accepted consultative approach. He is "ACCLAIM" Certified Coach, Design Thinking Practitioner, Agile Explorer Practitioner & Industry Learning Certified amongst so many others. VFF is married to Fadeke Femi-Fred with two children Victor Fikemi Femi-Fred (Jnr) and Princess Stephany Fisayo Femi-Fred. Victor Femi-Fred worked with Pyramid Savings & Loans as Head of IT, Omatek Group (Omatek Ventures, Omatek Computers, Portable Engineering) as Deputy General Manager. Victor also worked with DPMS (Data Processing Maintenance System) as Director Sales & Marketing. Computer Information System (CIS) as General Manager amongst other job roles. He is currently the MEA & CEE (Middle East Africa & Central Eastern Europe) Sales & Industry Learning Consultant. Victor Femi-Fred, a reliable go-to friend, brother and problem-solver.
