This book explores the complicated relationship between constitutions and transitional justice. Cheng-Yi Huang is Research Professor at the Institutum Iurisprudentiae, Academia Sinica, and Professor at the Institute of Law for Science and Technology, National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan.
