Author Biography:

Michael Longo is Senior Lecturer in the School of Law and a Research Associate with the Centre for Strategic Economic Studies both at Victoria University, Australia. He is also a Fellow in the Contemporary Europe Research Centre at The University of Melbourne, Australia.
