Author Biography:

Jennifer Martin is Professor of Social Work and Human Services at Federation University. She is an accredited arbitrator and mediator and has mediated family, parent-adolescent, adult-elder, workplace, neighbourhood and environmental disputes. She mediates locally and internationally and was invited to mediate land and resource management in the Mekong River Basin with representatives from the countries signatory to the Mekong River Agreement. This book is the culmination of her experiences as a social work practitioner and educator in conflict management and mediation over the past three decades.
