By the end of the book, children will have a greater understanding of how each community worker helps combat the coronavirus pandemic and a newfound appreciation for the community workers keeping them safe in their own community.

Author Biography:

LoLo Smith is an educator and author of 9 books for children. Her books cover topics such as bullying, kindness, the value of sharing, and community workers. The books feature Anime characters, American Girl dolls, superheroes and even dogs! She has also written books for adults. She was born and raised in St. Louis, earned her Bachelor's at a local teacher's college then moved to the District of Columbia where she helped to establish a nonprofit (Do The Write Thing of DC).
