The book divides roughly into two parts: Traumatic and Overuse Injuries looks at injuries to each part of the body, with three chapters on knee injuries and a chapter on dermatological problems in sport. Sport-Specific Injuries covers particular injuries arising in both team and individual sports such as basketball, soccer, swimming, weightlifting, and tennis.
