Have used a variety of peelers over the years but this one is in a class by itself. Makes an excellent job of peeling the potatoes and removes only a paper-thin layer which means more potato going into the pot rather than into the bin. Does the job so effortlessly too. Easy to hold and use. Great for those with hands and fingers afflicted with arthritis. Highly recommended.
