Sue Olive is a Nutritionist who specializes in helping people change their relationship with food and create life-long, healthy habits. She decided to study health and wellness so she could help others to stop wasting their time being discouraged, as she had, with their outward appearance. She struggled with her weight throughout childhood and decided enough was enough. She has a deep passion for helping others reach their goals of optimal health, as she understands the connection between food and how it makes us all feel. Sue has also attended more than 150 health and nutrition seminars worldwide as she is often on the move. One of her other passions is to travel and experience many different and exciting cultural cuisines. When she is not on the move you will find her close to nature or hiking in her home town Boulder Colorado.
