Peter B. Maggs - Member of the District of Columbia Bar, Professor of Law Emeritus, Clifford M. and Bette A. Carney Chair in Law Emeritus, College of Law, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA. He is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School, and attended the Faculty of Law of St. Petersburg State University as a post-graduate student. He is the author of numerous books and articles on comparative law and intellectual property law. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Alexei Nikolaevich Zhiltsov - Head of Department at the Private Law Research Center, Head of the Chair of Private International Law at the Russian School for Private Law. He is a graduate of Moscow State Institute for International Relations and of the European University Institute (Florence). Alexei Zhiltsov is a recognized specialist in the area of comparative and private international law, international trade law and international commercial arbitration and was a member of the Working Group for the Preparation of the Draft of Part Three of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
