Whitaker (University of Virginia), Jurgen G. Backhaus (Maastrict University), Stephen Meardon (Williams College), Gura Bhargava (University of Saskatchewan), Carol E. Heirns (University of Massachusetts), Kevin Fox Gotham (Tulane University), David L. McKee and Yosra A. McKee (Kent State), Thorbjorn Knudson (University of Southern Denmark), and other have generated a conceptually original and well edited brew of interesting and indepth analysis.
