With his family in tow, they make their way east towards a set of compounds he and his friends have built; their sole protecting against a world gone mad.Charon's Blight: Day One follows a group of friends who are each trying to make it to Arizona from across the country while an airborne virus reanimates the dead and starts tearing Mankind part. A zombie outbreak grips the Nation and each member of the group faces one singular question: will they live through the day or join with the hordes of undead as they bring civilization to its knees.Day Two: The dead have risen and are tearing the country apart as members of Todd's group frantically try to reach the compounds and the safety they provide. Robert's thirst for vengeance brings him hard on Sabrina's heels as she tries to get out of Tucson, and is faced with the worst that Mankind has to offer. As if zombies weren't enough, Todd is faced with a horrid and devastating revelation, is it possible that one of their own is responsible for causing the end of the world as we know i

Author Biography:

Timothy Ray (1978-) was born in Tucson, Arizona, where he resides to this day. His family is from eastern Arizona, from Safford to Morenci, and he enjoys camping on Mt. Graham during the summer months. He attended Desert View High School, where he was inspired by an English teacher to explore his creative writing skills and work on his first novel; the Acquisition of Swords. He joined the Writer's Group under Mrs. Wakamatsu, and finished the rough draft of his first book in 1995. The first novel evolved over the last twenty years and now spans a series he continues to write to this day. Not able to gain the attention of a literary agent for mass production, he turned to self-publishing to get his work out there, and will be publishing nine of his novels this year. He is married and has three children, who are supportive and excited to see his novels finally in print.
