Filmed over 3 days in Dublin and Belfast in September 1965, Charlie Is My Darling is the first Documentary film ever made on the Rolling Stones. The film captures the Stones immediately after the release of their first major commercial single release which catapulted them into stardom – “I Can’t Get No Satisfaction”
A 50 minute bootleg version of the film has been released previously but the quality is extremely poor. This official release includes an all-new 65 minute version with both video and audio meticulously restored, frame by frame, to their original former glory including never before seen performances, newly discovered footage and unreleased live recordings from the tour.
