The technical specs for this case are absolutely what you want if you need to take your phone with you surfing, kayaking, snorkelling etc… if that’s what you need, buy this case, it will deliver.
However, there are compromises that come with this case too.
All waterproof cases have issues around power cables. Opening the cover for the lightening port is not easy, I’ve solved this by going wireless charging everywhere. However I’m not happy about is how easy it is to scratch the clear plastic front and back covers. Likewise the join between the front and back of the case is also a dirt magnet. This is concerning as this is where the rubber seal sits that provides much of the IP68 protection, how long will the waterproofing last-
