Car Launch: The Human Side of Managing Change is the first book in the new Oxford series, The Learning History Library. It is edited by Art Kleiner and George Roth, both of whom originated the concept of the learning history. Author Biography:

George Roth was born in Germany and has a B .S. in Mechanical Engineering, a M. B. A. in Finance and Marketing, and a Ph .D. in Organizational Studies. art Kleiner is the director of research and reflection at a consulting firm based in Cambridge, Massachusetts; a faculty member at New York Universityâs Interactive Telecommunications Program; and the âCulture & Changeâ columnist for Strategy + Business magazine. He is also the editorial director of the Fifth Discipline Fieldbook series and a longstanding writer on the human impact of management and technology.
