Author Biography:

Gordon Hilleque is a graduate of the Entrepreneur Program at the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire. In 1998, he founded Proactive Information Solutions and acted as owner and CEO. He is currently the owner of CustomerTRAX, a company he founded in 2002. Gordon lives in Edina, Minnesota, with his wife, Emily Hilleque, and participates in his community as President of the Metropolis Foundation, which supports youth and amateur rugby through facilities and equipment. Besides being active in rugby, Gordon enjoys skiing, biking, and golf.
