Description

The "British Elections and Parties" series publishes research on parties, elections and voting behaviour in Britian, providing analyses of current and historical developments. It is produced under the auspices of the Political Studies Association's Election, Public Opinion and Parties study group. This tenth volume contains articles on party membership, voting behaviour and elections, parliamentary voting, candidate selection and campaigning on the Internet, as well as examining US opinion on impeachment. Particular attention is given to the elections in 1999 to the European Parliament, the Scottish parliament, and the Welsh assembly.
