Frances is currently the Talent Developer at Pearson College, devising opportunities for students to develop their employability skills. She is also an Employability Consultant developing courses, delivering guest lectures and coaching student’s one to one. Frances has partnered with Shell UK Plc, Manpower and alumni students to develop opportunities for students. Frances is passionate about employability and has 1000+ followers on twitter.
