Twins Bri and Ari are thrilled to be reunited with their parents. Their parents have been studying sea turtles on the Solomon Islands in the South Pacific for months. But once they get to the research station, life quickly becomes dull. Bri and Ari just want to go exploring and have some adventure. But when they finally get permission to travel by themselves to a nearby beach, they are swept away to strange island full of dangers both seen and unseen. Will they be able to survive?

Author Biography:

Michael Capek is a former teacher who lives with his family in Covington, Kentucky. He first saw a terracotta warrior face to face in a museum and has been fascinated by them ever since. Michael is the author of award-winning books for young readers, many of them about history. Iva Sasheva is a master printmaker, painter, sculptor and book illustrator. Her first exhibition at the age of 13 was followed by a number of solo and group shows in Europe and America. As an artist she has contributed her work to more than 25 feature films and collaborated with authors in the creation of several graphic novels, literary novels, and children’s books.
