Description

Our first book, Breaking Up with Christ, is about a young man that was comfortable with is life. He wanted to change, but he enjoyed where he was. It's a journey of progression--looking to maximize potential before there's no time left. Comfort is your Best Friend, and Worst Nightmare!Do you remember when your parents told you to do something? Did you get an option? Maybe it was put in a question form, but there was only one right response: to do what they said, no questions. They were doing what was best for you. Remember your parents were young--once. Being forced into something usually isn't fun, but it can create resistance. There are two forms of resistance. One to build and learn, like working out and gaining from the training. Another is to learn how to do enough to get by, to build a tolerance, and a desire to "do it on your own." When you first become an "adult," you are no longer under the "control" of your parents. Were you truly obedient to them in the first place? You already had the freedom to tell them whatever, meaning they could think you were learning when you didn't care about the subject. Religion is something the majority of kids know about--from a class to a camp. The ideology can be believed, it's your choice to live by it.
