The aimless, nameless hero is enticed by a sumptuous business card to explore the world of accrumency. He creates a robot with the soul of Lord Byron and the body of a minor celebrity. With a knack of always following poor advice, he sets up an illegal self- replicating robot colony and becomes a wanted criminal hunted by the Global Secrecy Agency and the Church of Double Jesus. Who will catch him first?He stages an ingenious escape, and on his travels learns of a prophecy of doom for the Galaxy. Eventually, with the help of an international criminal he meets on en route, our hero ends up at Eden Pharmaceuticals, where hallucinogenic drugs are manufactured on an industrial scale. There he becomes embroiled with a delusional Mantiloid being who dreams of founding a new religion and becoming God. With the help of God's son, God is lured into retirement with some clever timing and a selfie stick and our hero is free to continue his travels, but what about the prophecy................?
