Description

I AM BORN TO WIN - Every human being belongs to a category in the journey or the race of life. Generally, the team each of us belongs to determines the nature of the battles we will face and how victory can be secured. We seldom fight the same battles - although we all have the same enemy and all our battles boil down to the same point. Not even all the people who are born of the same mother get to fight the same battles because we all have different spiritual identities, different purposes, and different spiritual allocations. Every day, we are either fighting or someone is fighting on our behalf. We either decide for ourselves or someone decides on our behalf. The victory you had or the defeat you experienced in yesterday's battles will determine where you will be today. The battles of life are not just a seasonal affair, they are continuous and frequent. Even when we have everything working for us, this is because we make different decisions in our lives daily, whether we are very wealthy, a little bit rich or poor. In every decision we need to make, we are fighting unseen battles, the decision we eventually make determines whether we've lost or won the battle we engaged in. This is why in reality; we are either winning every day by making the right decisions or losing by making the wrong decisions. Our decisions are the anchors of our steps in life. When the right decision is made, the correct step will be taken. This is how life's principles are formulated. The graduating student with the best result from a university did not attain that level by only the performance of the last exam, rather, he acquired that lofty achievement by accumulating good grades long before the exit point. It all starts with the decision to acquire formal education from the nursery school level or primary school and all through to the tertiary institution of learning. The little drops of water make a mighty ocean they say. Therefore, every little, but godly and Holy Spirit-inspired decision makes a man victorious in the journey of life. The victory referred to here is beyond victory over all types of poverty and even household enemies, it is the total victory of overcoming Satan, the world, the flesh, sin and ultimately overcoming hell. For all mankind to attain everlasting victory, Jesus has done His part by shedding His blood and conquering on the cross for humanity. We need to do our part to have words of positive testimonies. (Revelations 12:11) Our testimonies (Actions) are great tools in the hands of God and also in the hands of Satan. Whom you obey is whom you empower over your life. Your yesterday and continuous testimonies will either make or mar your destiny and the destinies of others around you like followers, children, family, etc. The unbelievers fight like blind people who are stuck in quicksand, beating the air; many struggles without impact. The more they fight, the deeper they sink. Apostle Paul said in 1 Corinthians 9:26 that: "Therefore I do not run like someone running aimlessly; I do not fight like a boxer beating the air. "Many people today fight like one who beats the air; many seemingly sensible activities end up without commensurate results. No wonder many confusions and heartaches end in short life and regrets. When we are ignorant about ourselves and the things that will deliver us, trouble, shame, and regret will be inevitable. The Bible says in Hosea 4:6 that: "My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge. "Because you have rejected knowledge, I also reject you as my priests; because you have ignored the law of your God, I also will ignore your children." The book of Job 14:1 says: "Man that is born of a woman is of few days, and full of trouble." Thank God that life did not end there for everyone because the book of 1 John 5:4 says that: "For whatsoever is born of God overcomes the world... "This is where the solution to all the pains and troubles in this world lies.
