This bar is largely about what they don't put in -the oats, the sugars, the artificial additives so typical of snack bars that I can't or wouldn't choose to eat. Secondly what they do put in – simple honest nutritious ingredients. This bar tastes great, has an agreeable soft texture (though perhaps a little crumbly if not handled carefully), and is very useful for satisfying hunger at times when its not convenient to make a meal. A bio-degradable wrapper would be an improvement perhaps.
Love the taste but the bars are a little soft and break apart sometimes when trying to eat them
