This volume explores from a legal perspective, how blockchain works. Perhaps more than ever before, this new technology requires us to take a multidisciplinary approach. Benedetta Cappiello is lecturer in Investment Law, Dispute Resolutions and Sustainable Developments at the Department of Italian and Supranational Public Law of the University of Milan. Gherardo Carullo is senior lecturer in Administrative Law at the Department of Italian and Supranational Public Law of the University of Milan.
