How to Use:
- To remove makeup and cleanse: Massage onto dry skin with a cotton pad, including over eyes, then add water and rinse. (For waterproof makeup, start with Bliss Makeup Melt Wipes before Jelly Cleanser)
- To cleanse only: Massage onto wet skin, then rinse.
