Harry longs for a dog to help him cope with all the problems he faces in his new town. His best friend is an imaginary hound called Prince - big, strong, brown-and-black mixed. So when his mum gets a real dog called Bonnie - tiny, white and fluffy - Harry wants nothing to do with the embarrassing pooch.
Author Biography
Bel Mooney is a journalist, broadcaster and children's author, and lives in Bath. These books are based on Bel's own tiny white Maltese dog, also called Bonnie. Bel is the author of Best Dog Bonnie and The Voices of Silence (978-1-4063-0727-6) and is well known for her Kitty series for this age readership.
