Author Biography:

Dr George Beccaloni is Curator of Orthopteroid insects (cockroaches, grasshoppers, and their relatives) at the Natural History Museum in London. He is a Fellow of the Linnean Society and the Royal Entomological Society and has worked as an entomologist at the Museum since 1995. George has authored many scientific and popular articles about insects, and is the co-author of four scientific books.
