Since my early childhood, I have always had a strong fascination with Politics and Business. The story and motivation of individuals who shaped the world was always something very appealing to me. I was always captivated by reading biographies and studying history, more concerned about the people who shaped our society than the girls, games and parties my classmates were so fonder of. I received my MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business, and a B.A. in Economics from Adelphi University. Since 1996, I have been an adjunct professor at Columbia University Graduate School of Business, where I teach courses on Business History, and I was a member of the Executive Advisory Board at Columbia Business School for more than 10 years. Although now in my forties, I still find myself fascinated with celebrities. What makes a 'big man' so big, the genes, the family? Is it a behavior learned at school? Or is it in his fortune? To what extent success is due to sheer luck, and how much comes down to will power? Is it fate? I have written a number of bestsellers on these subjects: politicians, leaders, entertainers and celebrities, and I can honestly say that writing and sharing my findings on these is a true passion of mine.
