Description

A selection of approximately 500 of the best images from a 1,500+ antique beer can collection. The bulk of these are cans from the United States, though there are some UK and foreign beers in the mix, as well. Funny, nostalgic, and aesthetically fascinating, this is a time capsule that sheds light on beer drinking through the ages. Design, can shape, and marketing angles differ across decades, states, and countries, and offer hilarious and interesting glimpses into the evolution (or de-evolution) of beer culture. The ultimate beer table book, it will appeal to a wide range of guys and will also include captions for many of the cans (offering insight into particular brands or designs).
