Author Biography:

Susan J. Barnes is Resource Sharing Coordinator, Pacific Northwest Regional Medical Library, University of Washington, Seattle. The author of numerous professional publications, she is a member of the American Library Association, the Medical Library Association, and the Washington Medical Library Association. She received the B.S. degree (1976) in horticulture from Washington State University, Pullman, and the M.S. degree (1978) in librarianship from the University of Washington School of Librarianship, Seattle.
