Description

Aim, desire, intention, dream, goal ...call it what you will, how many times has there been something you wanted in life, that you really aspired to? And how many times have you actually succeeded in achieving it? This book is for anyone who is determined, that this time, they're going to turn their goals into reality. In theory, achieving a goal is a series of simple stages, setting the goal, developing the right moves to achieve it and keeping an eye on your progress. So why do some people consistently beat their goal, while others find it more of a struggle? The answer is usually not in the actual goal set, but in the mental and emotional hurdles that we set in front of ourselves. This is the book that will show you how to overcome these barriers, how to set goals that have true meaning and how to use all of the available resource to become a serial high achiever.
