Have used about 6kg of this stuff, over the last 6 months. I feel amazing on it and haven't seen a drop in results or performance from the gym in comparison to whey. If you have problems with digestion or skin with whey/casein products like myself. I 100% recommend it, by itself the flavour is okay, but definitely amazing base in smoothies (I do mixed berries + oats + almond milk). 9/10
I really think this flavor is best for cooking, or in oats, it is a mild vanilla base, so it goes well as a base for a smoothie. On its own with milk or water its meh.. Not the greatest taste, but also not bad. If your just looking to drink this I would go with chocolate.
