Author Biography

Kathryn Anible is a personal chef and graduate of Johnson and Wales University with a Bachelor's of Science in Culinary Nutrition. She helps her clients with their special diets, whether they are diabetic, trying to gain or lose weight, gluten free, vegan, paleo or they follow the specific carbohydrate diet. Kathryn has also written The Leafy Greens Cookbook, which includes fast, easy, nutritious recipes using leafy greens in everyday meals. She lives in Los Angeles.
