The slashing sequel to the smash hit continues the tale of AZUMI and her only surviving colleague Nagara. The duo are recruited by a scheming lord to kill Masayuki, a troublesome government official. To protect himself, Masayuki assembles a team of expert killers in an attempt to crush AZUMI once and for all.
