Shirley A. Franklin is a Christian, mom, sister, Online Reading Interventionist, and author who resides in Fort Worth, TX. Ashley Dowell is the creator of the independent publishing company, Dowell House Publishing. She holds her Master of Arts in Teaching for Visual Arts from Liberty University. She has had the privilege of illustrating several children's books, as well as her own, and assisting other authors with illustration, editing, and publishing their own books. She enjoys working with budding, independent authors, and painting their ideas to life. She currently resides in Columbus, Ohio with her husband and daughter.
