Jerry Whitaker (Morgan Hill, CA) is the President of Technical Press, Inc. He is the author or co-author of over 20 technical books, including the previous two editions of DTV, The Standard Handbook of Video and Television Engineering, and Communications Receivers. He previously served as the Editor in Chief of Broadcast Engineering magazine.
