Ingredients:
Wheat protein, 13% linseeds, 12% soy flour, 12% sesame seeds, 12% sunflower
seeds, wheat flour, wheat fibre, yeast, wheat bran, salt, emulsifier (soy
lecithin), roasted barley malt, antioxidant (ascorbic acid).
Warnings: Contains gluten, soy, sesame. May contain: milk,
hazelnuts, lupine.
Directions:
Bread baking machine: Add 260 ml of water, yeast sachet & bread
mix into your machine. Run the standard or quick whole grain program. Choose
500g weight on machine. If your machine is only suitable for larger breads, we
advise to multiply the recipe by 1.5 for a good result. In the oven:
Add 260 ml of water, yeast and breadmix, mix thoroughly. Let stand at room
temperature for app. 20 mins for a dense bread or 45–60 mins for a lighter
bread. Bake in a preheated oven, 40–45 mins. at 200–220oC.
