Adrian was the founder and Executive Director for Alternative Inc. in the Commonwealth of Virginia, a HIV/AIDS organization which provided counseling and case management to HIV positive adults and children. She was a Certified Advance Resource Technology, Inc. National Regional Train the Trainer for the Federal Government. Adrian certified in Substance Abuse, and HIV/AID. Under the Northern Virginia Planning District, she served for the committee to develop the Ryan White Care Bill Act.
