Did you know that the professional legal website Findlaw, has done an analysis of what is Income Subject to Taxation? Did you know that not only is Man's Labor is not on the list, the Supreme Court has said that Man's Labor is not taxable, and that the government regulations within these 86,000 pages, acknowledge that there is Income not taxable by the Federal Government under the Constitution and that there is income exempt by statute or law? Did you also know that the Government uses words deceptively to accomplish there goals? An example of this is the word individual. Individual can have 2 meanings. U.S. Person, and nonresident alien. Guess which one the tax in Subtitle A is imposed on? Enjoy the book. It is written in 2 parts. Part A is the presentation and Part B is the presenter's notes.
