Package was damaged before shipping (had been roughly patched with Ape packaging). Instructions poor and almost impossible to understand. Many parts were different from the instructions (clearly no acceptance QA checks done). Easily to assemble incorrectly and have parts give way while using. No user manual provided, just poor instructions and token warm-up procedure. No exercise manual so inexperienced users are more likely to injure themselves. Bungee resistance bands have hardly any resistance/stretch. Probably not a bad thing as the plastics clips would probably break under any load. I bought this on a big sale discount and it is probably worth that price. Not worth full price. Anyone hurt using this device should hold Mighty Ape accountable.

So the picture doesn't match the product, but the picture does match the instructions… Assembly was difficult and I'm not sure it's correct. The rowing bar is too resistant and the resistance bands are too soft. Also the pictures of use don't match what comfortably is possible on the thing. This does work for sit-ups – just but not really useful for the rest of the suggested options. In perspective I'm 176cm (5'9") and 90kg. Based on the production quality and how it feels, I suspect that this wouldn't cope much past 110/120kg. Two stars because sit-ups are what I bought it for, otherwise one.

Package arrived damaged and badly torn up. Instructions were in another language and upon closer inspection wasn't even for this product! I was missing some core pieces and one of the screws was rusty. I regret buying this but the CS team were lovely, provided the correct instructions and have sent replacements for what was missing.
